Data work is the reporting and analysis side: getting your systems talking to each other, building reports people trust, answering the questions a dashboard can't. AI work is about the tools your team uses every day: training people on them, working out what's worth doing, and building agents and knowledge bases. Same team either way, and the first conversation is the same. Plenty of clients only ever need one side.

Not always. Training your team on tools they already have does not depend on it. But anything that reads from your own systems — an agent, a knowledge base, a model — is only as good as what it reads. If we think the data needs fixing first, we'll tell you as soon as possible and plan accordingly.

These are the three ways we work on the AI side. Training is about your people: workshops and coaching so your team gets real work out of Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. Strategy is about the decision: an audit of where the hours go and time with whoever makes the call. Building is about your systems: agents that take on a step of the work, and knowledge bases your team can ask. You can start from any of those places depending upon where your organization is in its AI journey.

For now we book workshops and coaching by team, not by seat. If you're on your own and after training, write anyway and we can figure out the right fit for you.

Pricing is based upon the scale of the scope: how many sources we connect, how many reports we build, how big the group is, how many systems a build has to touch. Your scope will give you a clear picture of the variables that drive price.

Small and midsize: a handful of people up to a few hundred. Every engagement gets scoped to fit. We don't have one template.

No, but we're always excited to work with whatever technical team you have in place. Workshops assume no technical background, and anything we build is set up so your own team can run it day to day without an engineer on staff.

A workshop is a day or two. Audits and assessments are typically a few weeks. Implementations are typically a few months. Everything is right-sized for your organization, though, so the exact timing will vary to meet your actual project needs.

We're tool agnostic. We pick the right tool for the job - based upon capability for the problem at hand and your team's particular needs.

We work in your own accounts and tenancies wherever we can, and we document exactly what any system touches. Nothing leaves your systems without you knowing where it went and why.
